Advantages:

Очень удобно, что первый этаж, так как с рюкзаками с дороги высоко подниматься не хочется. Есть все необходимое после похода - полотенца, фен, шампунь, утюг, стиральная машина. Расположение очень удобное относительно кафе и магазинов.
